CUMBERLAND & CUMBERLAND

The
Bothways Post.

The Halloween Bothways Post v8: two Cumberland signs with pumpkins and ghosts, printed retaining caps, a sage post and the Cumberland street-map base.

At Cumberland & Cumberland, something funny happens: both street signs say the same thing.

We thought that deserved a sign of its own.

One way leads through the neighborhood.
The other leads to the Hollow.

Both ways lead home.

THE STREETS ABOVE. THE PATHS BELOW.

Look closely.

The Hollow is a little world imagined beneath the tree at Cumberland & Cumberland.

It follows the same bends and crossings as the streets above.

Some maps leave things out.

BESIDE THE POST

Someone’s been
leaving acorns.

One yesterday. Three today.
Nobody has caught them at it yet.

THE HALLOWEEN SIGNPOST

The Halloween print files

Use the v8 post, base and printed fasteners together with the Halloween v2 sign blades. The blade artwork is unchanged; v8 updates the assembly beneath it. Start with the fit test.

Prototype: digital assembly and slicing checks passed. Physical fit, thread strength and durability remain unverified.

About the numbered base: mbr54808 belongs to one existing physical piece. This base file is its replacement; ask the workshop for a newly numbered base before making another complete copy.

Keep the saved orientations and settings. Have a grown-up handle printing, cleanup and assembly, and check the finished piece before displaying it. See the guide for the remaining physical checks.
